Who: Youth workers and young people (including marginalized groups) from Greece, Finland, Slovakia, Romania

Civic Engagement and Community Projects
What: Young people design and implement real community projects addressing local urban challenges – sustainability, social cohesion, public space, inclusion.
Cities: Thessaloniki (Greece), Helsinki (Finland), Trnava (Slovakia), Oradea (Romania)a
- Increased civic engagement among participants
- Successfully implemented community projects (one per city minimum)
- Strengthened leadership and teamwork skills
- Partnerships built with local authorities and stakeholders
- Empowerment of marginalized groups (rural youth, socio-economic difficulties, minorities)
Target: At least 100 young people directly involved
Transforming Practices into Policy – Scaling Community Impact
What: Document successful community projects as good practices and translate them into policy recommendations for local authorities and policymakers.
Outputs:
- A Good Practices Documentation report
- Policy Recommendations for youth-inclusive urban development
- Dissemination to local authorities in Thessaloniki, Helsinki, Trnava, Oradea and beyond
Goal: Ensure that youth-led community projects influence real policy change.
