Welcome to C-SHAPE – City Shapers:
Harnessing Action and Policy Empowerment.
Across Europe, young people are too often excluded from decisions about the cities they live in. C-SHAPE changes that.
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA220-YOU, Project Number:
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme (KA220-YOU, Project Number: 2025-1-EL02-KA220-YOU-000360641), we bring together youth organizations, local authorities, and policymakers from Greece, Finland, Slovakia, and Romania to co-create inclusive, sustainable urban policies.
Over 24 months (December 2025 – November 2027), we will:
- Train youth organizations to lead policy advocacy
- Support 100+ young people, including those with fewer opportunities, to design and implement real community projects
- Bridge the gap between youth and decision-makers in Thessaloniki, Helsinki, Trnava, and Oradea
- Deliver policy recommendations that scale local success to national and EU levels
Why C-SHAPE matters:
Urban spaces face challenges – sustainability, social inclusion, housing, public space design. Young people have the solutions. We give them the tools, platform, and voice.

All C-SHAPE intellectual outputs are free, open-source, and available in English (with summaries in Greek, Finnish, Slovak, and Romanian).
