The problem
The problem In rapidly urbanizing Europe, young people are often left out of policy-making – especially in urban development. Youth organizations lack the tools, networks, and access to influence local authorities. Marginalized youth (rural, socio-economically disadvantaged, minority communities) are even further excluded.
Our mission
C-SHAPE empowers youth organizations and young people to become active shapers of urban policy. We build capacity, foster dialogue with local authorities, and turn community projects into scalable good practices.

Our objectives:
1. Enhance capacity of youth organizations in Greece, Finland, Slovakia, and Romania to engage in poli
cy-making and urban development.
2. Engage at least 100 young people from diverse and marginalized backgrounds in civic leadership and community projects.
3. Foster structured dialogue between youth organizations and local authorities in Thessaloniki, Helsinki, Trnava, and Oradea.
4. Document good practices and deliver policy recommendations that scale local impact to regional and EU levels.
